Golf League Return Policy

We understand that plans can change, leading to the need to cancel your participation in our events. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants and organizers, we've established the following return policy:

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will be fully refundable. We strive to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, but due to the preparations required for our events, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time.

Notification: If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible. Early notification helps us adjust our arrangements and ensures the event runs smoothly for all participants.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an event without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Substitution Policy:

Transferring Your Spot: If you are unable to attend and it's too late to cancel, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Please inform us about the substitution at your earliest convenience, providing the replacement participant's name and contact information.

Substitution Deadline: To ensure a seamless transition, please let us know about any substitutions no later than 24 hours before the event. This allows us to update our records and prepare accordingly for the new participant.
